Job Description: |
As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and optimizing the operational infrastructure of our company. You will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient processes and systems to ensure the smooth functioning of all aspects of our business operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. |
Key Responsibilities: |
- Develop and implement operational procedures and workflows to streamline internal processes. |
- Oversee administrative tasks such as managing emails, scheduling meetings, and organizing documents. |
- Manage client and team member relationships including interviewing clients, matching client with team members, sourcing and negotiating contracts. |
- Coordinate office setup and structure, including internal and virtual infrastructure (CRM). |
- Assist with HR functions, including including lead generation, recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation. |
- Manage budgeting, expense tracking, and basic accounting tasks. |
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and obtain necessary licenses or permits. |
- Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed to support overall business growth and development. |
Qualifications: |
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (preferred). |
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably in a startup or small business environment. (preferred) |
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. |
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. |
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. |
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. |
